Improved application performance



  • Faster searching and record navigation in step and task grids
  • Faster deal form navigation and saving in the deal forms window

Updated UI/UX

  • More mobile friendly with responsive screen design for both desktop and mobile browser users
  • Step and task grids updated with horizontal scrolling and a minimum width applied to both the grid and columns for smaller displays
  • Improved feedback to users through updated success, warning, and confirmation messages
  • Upload files through “drag and drop” functionality

Updated grid and column management

  • Reduced management of workflow response button and icon columns for setting width, grid position, and column title
  • Column sizing updated to use a percentage of the grid displayed

Updated task functionality

  • Due date requirement moved to individual task type

Revised security model

  • Special user role functionality redefined as standardized role types

Transformed Deal Ownership

  • Deal ownership and current permissions assignment displayed in the Deal Information form
  • Simplified ownership auto-assignment through addition of salesperson’s XID to their user profile replacing the “Auto-Take Ownership” feature
  • Removed ownership override from “Take Ownership” function

Enhanced workflow response recording

  • Deny responses prefixed with the word “Denied: “ to denote where the comment originated
  • Return button generates a response note with the step name the deal was returned to and which step it was returned from

Expanded notifications

  • Internal notification system to display deal and task notices within Sales Workflow
  • Selection of email recipients for step and date event notifications from a list of current users or roles
  • Option to send date event notifications to only the user(s) currently assigned to a deal or task

Extended administrative functions

  • View and manage application configuration settings
  • Display application wide message to users on login

Updated step and form management

  • Step paths replaced with list of step types
  • Form file paths and parents replace with list of form types
  • Unused settings checkboxes removed from step and task management
  • Simplified addition of forms using existing form types
